Your mission

  • Crear contenidos: artículos, post y notas de prensa.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de consultoría para comprender los objetivos de los proyectos y transformar ideas complejas en contenidos claros, atractivos y estratégicos.
  • Realizar el seguimiento y análisis de métricas de rendimiento de los contenidos, convirtiendo los datos obtenidos en recomendaciones y acciones concretas para mejorar de forma continua el alcance y el nivel de interacción.
  • Interactuar directamente con clientes de nivel directivo (C-Level), stakeholders corporativos y actores clave del ecosistema de innovación (startups, aceleradoras y socios estratégicos), garantizando una comunicación de alta calidad durante toda la ejecución de los proyectos.

Your profile


  • Grado universitario en Periodismo, Comunicación, Relaciones Públicas, Publicidad o un campo relacionado.
  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en creación de contenidos, preferiblemente en entornos digitales y editoriales.
  • Sólido conocimiento de herramientas de inteligencia artificial y de cómo pueden contribuir a mejorar los procesos de creación de contenidos y comunicación.
  • Conocimiento demostrado de los principios de SEO, con resultados verificables en la mejora del rendimiento, posicionamiento y visibilidad de los contenidos.
  • Experiencia en el uso de plataformas CMS como WordPress, HubSpot o similares.
  • Experiencia en comunicación interna.
  • Excelentes habilidades de redacción, edición y presentación, con capacidad para comunicarse de manera eficaz en entornos de cara al cliente.
  • Español nativo, con nivel medio - avanzado de catalán e inglés (B2).
  • Interés y entusiasmo por la innovación en contenidos digitales, las tendencias de los medios de comunicación y los nuevos formatos narrativos.
  • Fuerte capacidad analítica y de síntesis, así como habilidad para desenvolverse con éxito en entornos dinámicos, multidisciplinares y de ritmo acelerado.
