Digital Content & Communication Specialist (Financial Services)

Your mission

  • Create high-impact articles, press releases, reports, and thought leadership content on trends in financial services, sustainability, innovation, and technology, using SEO best practices to maximize reach and visibility.
  • Own the end-to-end content lifecycle: from planning and creation to publishing and optimization across CMS platforms.
  • Collaborate with consulting teams to understand project goals, translating complex ideas into clear, engaging, and strategic content.
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics, turning data into actionable insights to continuously improve reach and engagement.
  • Engage directly with C-level clients, corporate stakeholders, and key players in the innovation ecosystem (startups, accelerators, partners), ensuring high-quality communication throughout project delivery.

Your profile


  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field .
  • At least 2 years of experience in content creation, ideally in digital and editorial environments.
  • Experience in the financial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of AI tools and how they can enhance content creation and communication processes.
  • Proven understanding of SEO principles, with demonstrated results in improving content performance and visibility.
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Background in internal communications.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in client-facing environments.
  • Native-level Spanish, with advanced proficiency in Catalan and English (C1–C2).
  • Passion for digital content innovation, media trends, and emerging storytelling formats.
  • Strong analytical mindset and synthesis skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments.
